If you need to return an item for exchange or refund, please read the following:

ALL CUSTOM FIREARM/PRODUCTS ORDERS ARE *FINAL*, upon submitting the payment you agree to all terms and conditions and there will be no refunds, exchanges or returns authorized. Certain modification will be allowed prior to completing or your order. In case there is a defect in manufacturing of your custom firearms, RSS DEFENSE CORP will be fully responsible for the defect and will make all attempts to repair or even replace a product with a newly manufactured product.

We make no guarantee that your order can be cancelled or your request for return or exchange will be approved. It has to be reviewed prior to approval. In most cases we need pictures and proof of the product defect. If the product was not made by the RSS DEFENSE CORP, you must contact the manufacturer for replacement or return. For Example, if you purchase an optic from us that was made by Vortex Optics. We cannot exchange or repair that product. You must contact Vortex Optics.

Returns on most items will be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date.

Please take the time to inspect your item within 30 days of the invoice date. Return requests made after 30 days will not be approved.

To return or exchange an item you will need to submit a return request through our website. Login to your account and find the item(s) in your order history. And email us at sales@rssdefense.com stating your reason for returning the item(s).

Return Requests will be reviewed as soon as possible. Approved returns will get an email with further instructions.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed on our website, we make no guarantee that it can be cancelled. Once an order is already in our warehouse for processing it cannot be cancelled. Please call 224-545-7384 or email SALES@RSSDEFENSE.COM to inquire on the order status.

Canceled orders cannot be reversed. All Cancellations are final.

Return Policy

Due to the expenses incurred by returns, we make every effort to ensure your order is shipped accurately and that the product meets the standards of our advertising. If a return must be made, please note the following policies:

REFUNDS: Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which original payment was made (i.e. credit card purchases will be returned in the form of a credit to the original card account). Credit card refunds are subject to a 4% return fee. NOTE: If we deem a return was made without reasonable cause, or wherein our judgment the product meets the advertised condition, the refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Fees charged by a dealer transferring a firearm to the end consumer will not be refunded for any reason. These transactions are at the full risk and expense of the consumer.

EXCHANGES: In most situations a refund will be processed for returned items.

When returning merchandise to be exchanged, please include estimated shipping charges to ship the replacement merchandise.

All accessories originally shipped with the item must be returned with the item (including magazines, etc.) to receive a full refund. Return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Accessories can be returned through any carrier. Long guns should be returned using Ground service through any carrier. Handguns should be returned using Next Day Air services. Handguns may be returned via USPS but must be sent through an FFL Dealer. COD packages will be refused. Charges incurred from shipping centers will not be reimbursed.
